Aviation Sales Professionals

IFPLS is looking for smart, energetic and experienced individuals who are experienced in aviation services sales

 

Responsibilities:

  • Locate new business opportunities by communicating and visiting with prospects and clients
  • Lead generation, using your sophisticated understanding of social media and various online technologies, to identify key prospects
  • Ongoing account management, including client contact with all managerial levels to figure out a candidate's fit for the assignment and viability to support specific current and future client needs
  • Serve as an industry advisor to clients as it relates to staffing and marketing trends in the digital marketing and creative fields

Open vacancies:

  • Sales Professionals can be promoted into Director-level Management.
  • Sales Director can eventually run their own sales teams.
  • Managing Sales Director can move into Regional VP positions, after showing their sales and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications:

 

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

  • Have at least 3+ years of sales or account management experience in the aviation industry
  • Have experience in the marketing, advertising, digital or creative space
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills
  • Perfected the art of cold-calling and cold-emailing
  • Developed a sales philosophy that allows you to take a shared approach to business development

Flight Operations dispatchers

 

IFPLS seeking an experienced Flight Operations dispatchers to facilitates and documents all customer operational scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities

·         Work on several Flight planning systems.

·         Build and manage flight schedules in professional manners

·         Process customer’s operational requests

·         Assist Ground Ops in setting up ground support for commercial charters,

·         Communicate operational information/changes to all affected stations, vendors and affected suppliers.

·         Review validation reports for operational data and adjust the operating system as necessary

·         Monitor all flight activity including the research and coding of flight delays

·         Ensure that Customs, Immigration and all required services are arranged for clients’ flights.

Qualifications

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks

·         Prior airline operations or flight support experience is essential

·         Comfortable with making key decisions

·         Computer proficiency

·         Perform well under pressure

·         Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Flexibility with work schedule to include working nights, weekends and holidays

·         Able to successfully complete IFPLS training.

Work locations are available in Lebanon, Turkey and UAE, remote work may be approved in special cases.
